After more than 20 years in corporate environments, I found myself constantly creating space for others supporting employees, guiding leaders through challenges, and balancing what was best for the organization. But somewhere along the way, I lost touch with what was best for me.

Despite being deeply rooted in HR and leadership development, I felt depleted, unfulfilled, even. How could I feel disconnected from the very work I loved?

That’s when I made a decision that changed everything. I invested in the one thing I had never prioritized…myself.

When I finally paused long enough to ask, “What’s truly important to me?” I realized how much of my life had been shaped by external expectations (e.g. what others valued, what others approved of).

Reconnecting with my inner voice led me to rediscover what lights me up: the things that bring that spark, that buzz of excitement, that sense of aliveness.

I came to understand that the deep fulfillment I was craving in my work wasn’t missing because I needed a new job, it was missing because I wasn’t connected to myself.

Over the last three years, I’ve explored my own limiting beliefs, reframed internal narratives, and faced fears that kept me small. And now, I’ve brought together everything I know from leadership development with the deep inner work that creates lasting change, to offer a truly transformative growth experience.
