  • In this meeting, we will review the current dynamics of the team, what might be getting in the way and what you envision for your team.

  • This 1 hour virtual meeting is an opportunity to connect with the team prior to the workshop and hear directly from them to learn from their perspective what’s working, where they each see the biggest opportunities for growth.

  • The leader will be provided with a summary report that captures the major themes from the Team Connection meeting. Partnering with Natasha, the leader will co-create an empowering approach in preparation for the live workshop.

  • This interactive workshop will be created to focus on empowering exercises and conversations that tackle the exact challenges that were addressed in previous conversations.

    This session is intended to meet the team where they are at and level them up through deep connection and high impact communication.
